The Sunpower New Energy 21700 li-ion battery has good storage and cycle life performance under high-temperature conditions. The charging temperature is higher than 45℃ while the discharge temperature is higher than 60℃.

High-temperature battery technology:

The anode material is doped with metal elements by the calcination process, which improves the crystal structure stability of lithium cobalt oxide at high temperatures, reduces the oxidation capacity of the material, and inhibits the reaction between the electrode material and the electrolyte.

The 21700 lithium ion cells have superior anti-swelling and high safety performance, especially suitable for high temperature environments.
